We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of
receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return:
● The item must be unused
● The item must be in its original packaging
● Proof of purchase must be provided
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be
returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a
replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment
method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived
damaged or incorrect.
